It is recommended to prepare it by dissolving the granules in cold or hot water, or adding it to your usual drink, such as fruit juice or milk. Blevit Barriguitas Felizes can be taken daily from 1 to 3 times a day. Its dosage varies depending on age, and it is recommended: Up to 2 months: 1 heaping teaspoon (about 2.5 g) in 50 ml of water. From 2 to 6 months: 1 heaping dessert spoon (about 5 g) in 50 to 100 ml of water. Up to 1 year: 2 heaped dessert spoons (about 10 g) in 100 ml of water.
