We at HP's Sport Shop grind with a Blademaster Infinity grinding machine, matching it we always use the Blademaster 8VBP grinding wheel and thus probably the best  Grinding wheel for the blademaster system.  What should you consider when grinding?  Essentially, a distinction is made between Radius of Hollow and Flat Bottom.  Radius of Hollow produces much sharper edges and offers more stability than a flat bottom cut. The grip is much better, but you have more resistance during the sliding phase.  The flat bottom cut is good for players who want to glide a lot and be manoeuvrable in a small space, but the edge of a flat bottom cut is also quickly lost and the cut becomes unusable. To choose the radius can be recommended depending on the body weight:   Very light  - 3/8″ ; Light - 1/2" ;D so-average - 5/8"; Heavy - 3/4"   We generally work with H3, i.e. the radius proposed to the average heavy person.  In the technical data you will find a table with the names and radii.    Please note that you can only book this service in conjunction with a simultaneous slide purchase from us.
