Black trumpet risotto with asparagus 250 g

Black trumpet, asparagus and carrot risotto ready to cook. With dehydrated broth included Suitable for coeliacs and lactose intolerant. All the ingredients are of high quality and are included to facilitate its preparation and guarantee an exquisite result. It is recommended to prepare in approximately 20 minutes. Heat a little olive oil in a wide, tall skillet over medium heat. Brown the contents of the packet and then mix in 15g of butter. Then add 50ml of white wine, stirring until it evaporates. Then add 750ml of hot water and let absorb over medium-high heat, stirring often until a creamy texture is achieved (approx. 17'). Turn off the heat and add butter and Parmesan reggiano or rawmesan (vegan option) to taste. May contain traces of egg, soy, fish, crustaceans and molluscs. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
