Black sesame seeds (sesamum indicum) are harvested from the eponymous plant of Indian origin, where it is still considered a symbol of immortality today. They have a more delicate flavor than traditional light sesame and, thanks to their nutritional virtues. *The packaging received may be slightly different from the image on the product sheet. It is recommended to use it to enrich many cooked and raw dishes or for the preparation of bread, focaccia and biscuits.
