Description

Terpenic black pepper essential oil is obtained by distillation of the plant's fruits. Thanks to its active ingredients, this oil acts as: Digestive tonic. General tonic and stimulant. Aphrodisiac. Ideal for muscle, joint and tendon pain. The plant that produces pepper is a climber that can reach up to 10 meters in height by supporting itself on a support (a tree or any stem). Pepper is recognized as the queen of spices and in the Middle Ages it was more valuable than gold, or at least that's what they say Its place of origin was kept secret for a long time, and its trade even gave rise to important conflicts between several countries during the 15th century. It grows in Kerala in India but is also cultivated in Madagascar. It is the most widely used spice in the world, along with salt. It is used in many spice mixes, particularly in India (garam masala, baharat, curries, etc.). Therapeutically speaking, it is most widely used in Ayurvedic medicine. It has been prescribed to treat constipation, diarrhea, cavities, insect bites, and lung problems. Black pepper essential oil does not contain piperine, it is not spicy but we do recognize the delicate aroma of freshly ground pepper. It is of great therapeutic value especially for treating intestinal problems and for relieving muscle and joint pain. Use 1-2 drops of essential oil per kg of food. Irritating to sensitive skin, always use diluted. Store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight.
