Black Pepper Essential Oil 15 ml

Marnys Black Pepper Essential Oil obtained by steam distillation distillation of the seeds. It belongs to the Piperaceae family, it is a climbing species that can grow more than 4 m. Originally from India, it is widely used to counteract the flavor of fermented foods. It was introduced to Europe by Alexander the Great, with the Arab civilization controlling its trade until the fall of the Byzantine Empire, where Venice became the nerve center of the trade in species. Its high value, motivated the search for other trade routes. The essential oil of black pepper is spicy, strong and sharp. It is vaguely reminiscent of clove oil, but much more refined. It can range in color from light amber to greenish-yellow and has a watery viscosity. It is a formidable ingredient to season culinary preparations and, incidentally, to reduce the use of salt in them. It is recommended to always take diluted, 1-2 drops, in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad, etc.). Maximum 1 time per day.
