To ensure the proven release of stomach acid-sensitive ingredients (such as live bacteria), we use capsules that release their contents over an extended period of time, protecting the bacteria from degradation in the stomach. These vegetarian capsules are made from plant-based cellulose, with a moisture content 3 times lower than typical gelatin-based tablets. It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water preferably first thing in the morning when the stomach pH is higher (that is, not so acidic). Do not take within half an hour of having consumed hot food or drinks, as heat damages the bacteria.
