The vitamin K2 used in Osteo4 is a clinically proven, natural and fermented vitamin K2 alltrans menaquinone7. MK7 is the most bioactive and best available form of vitamin K. MK7 is capable of acting physiologically in a lower dose amount, and especially longer in the body. Vitamins D3 and K2 complement each other perfectly Vitamin D3 produces proteins that are dependent on vitamin K, such as Osteocalcin. Vitamin K2 activates these Kdependent proteins, and thus can transport calcium to the bones. In this way the body can use calcium appropriately. Vitamin D3 also metabolizes calcium. In this way, Calcium is not deposited in the arteries, and is stored in the bones, the combination of vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 is crucial.
