Description

Biográ Bio Black Soy is an exquisite source of protein. These organic legumes can be used stewed with vegetables and in salads. Soy offers a large number of gastronomic possibilities. It can be prepared simply like any other legume, although an infinity of derivatives can be obtained from it: flour, soy smoothie, tofu, as well as various traditional products of oriental origin such as cheeses, sauces or patés. A cooking time of approximately 3 hours is recommended to make it tender, adding an amount of water 5 times higher than the amount of soybeans used. To help cooking, it is advisable that, once the seeds are washed, they are soaked overnight and cooked with the same soaking water; in this way, the water-soluble vitamins and the salts that are dissolved in the water are not lost. This cooking is reduced to about 20 minutes if it is carried out in a pressure cooker. Made in a factory that uses dairy derivatives, egg, gluten, soy, sesame, nuts and celery. Store in a cool, dry place.
