The biManán Emergency Plan is intended for healthy adults with extra kilos who want to lose pounds. This Plan provides adequate amounts of all essential nutrients for one day, provided the directions for use are followed. It is important to maintain an adequate daily intake of water (approx. 2 liters in women and 2.5 liters in men) and exercise regularly. This plan is designed for people who want to lose pounds in a short space of time, or going further, are starting a diet and need initial motivation to achieve their goals. The biManán EMERGENCY plan is a complete diet substitute to control your measurements. Its composition and nutritional content are regulated by Directive 96/8/EC. A complete diet that provides you with the necessary amounts of nutrients you need for one day. Prepared by nutritionists, the biManán Emergency Plan is easy to carry out. 5 shakes a day spread over 5 meals, for 3 days in a row. It is recommended to pour about 200 ml – 250 ml (depending on the consistency you want) of water into a container and add the content of the sachet. Stir the mixture vigorously for 20 seconds, with the help of a fork or a shaker cup, until completely dissolved. If you wish, you can heat it for 1 minute uncovered in the microwave. Let stand a minute and then taste slowly. Before starting any diet it is advisable to consult a health professional. Do not consume for more than three weeks without medical advice.
