Herbora's Bi Complex Flash is a food supplement made from NAC, echinacea, reishi, cat's claw, vitamins C, A, B12, and trace elements zinc, iron, copper, and selenium. Vitamins C, B12, and iron help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C, zinc, copper, and selenium protect cells from oxidative damage, and vitamins A, C, B12, zinc, copper, iron, and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system. It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, in the morning and at night after meals. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
