The Beurer SL10 DreamLight sleep aid has been specially developed to make it easier to fall asleep. The SL10 projects a colored, pulsating circle of light onto the ceiling of the room. You breathe in and out to the rhythm of the projected light and thus relax. You can choose from 2 different breathing techniques, relax (relaxed breathing) or the 4-7-8 (yoga breathing).
