Description: BetterYou Magnesium Flakes are ideal for replenishing the body with this essential mineral, promoting overall wellbeing, aiding skin health and relaxing muscles, effectively relieving tension and cramping. * Pure Zechstein Inside® Magnesium Chloride Flakes * Aid to skin and bone health * Helps relieve muscle tension and cramping * Cleansing, purifying and renewing * Suitable for all ages and during pregnancy The transdermal magnesium process allows full tissue absorption by exposing the skin to a concentrated solution of magnesium chloride. 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium chloride. Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration). Typical specification – your guide to guaranteed premium quality MgCl2 47.3 – 46.5% min MgSO4 0.35 – 0.60% max KCl 0.55 – 0.80% max NaCl 0.65 – 0.90% max CaCl2 0.03 – 0.10% max Br- 0.60 – 0.70% max H2O 50.5% Directions: Footbath Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. Bath Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise. It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth and supple. Application in the case of skin disorders Regular baths in Zechstein Inside® magnesium flakes has a very favourable effect on many skin disorders, and psoriasis in particular.
