Turkish coffee pot from the Burgundy Metallic cookware line by Berlinger Haus Features: made of aluminum with titanium coating, soft touch handle has a practical pouring spout capacity - 660 ml diameter - 10 cm height - 11 cm ideal for brewing coffee, tea and heating e.g. milk easy to clean and use (not recommended dishwasher safe) works on ceramic, gas, electric cookers (except induction) Turkish coffee is famous primarily for the way it is prepared. A special pot is used to brew Turkish coffee. We do NOT add any milk to Turkish coffee It is served in small cups called demitasse (a name of French origin, meaning "half a cup"). Ingredients - 1 tablespoon finely ground coffee - 1 cup water - 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom or 1 cardamom pod, - 1 tablespoon sugar (according to taste) Method of preparation To prepare Turkish coffee, we need a pot. Pour the coffee into the pot, add the sugar and pour in the water. Put the pot on the heat and keep it until the foam appears. Remove the foam and put it back on the heat. Repeat this process three times. Remember - Turkish coffee CANNOT BE BOILED Pour the coffee from the pot directly into the cups. Enjoy
