Follow these steps to easily insert your reusable menstrual disc: Wash your hands: Hygiene is essential when handling menstrual products. Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Get comfortable: Find a comfortable position for insertion. You can squat, sit on the toilet, or stand with one leg raised. Choose the position that feels most natural to you. Fold the disc: Pinch the disc in the center to fold it into a figure-eight shape. This makes insertion easier.
