Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) participates in the synthesis of proteins, as well as in the production of red blood cells and antibodies that protect us against infections. Pyridoxine facilitates transamination with which the body can synthesize amino acids at the expense of others. It is recommended to take 6 tablets a day for an adult weighing 75 kg. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
