Herbaldi's bay leaf herb is a preparation based on dry extracts of this medicinal plant, which has been used for healing purposes since ancient times. Phytotherapy today plays a relevant role and this plant has various ways of ingesting it, especially in teas and infusions. The laurel is a plant that is used to flavor dishes. It is one of the best known and used herbs worldwide, both in gastronomy and in herbal medicine. Thanks to the presence of active principles such as eugenol and cineol, its most recognized properties are at the digestive level. But interest in this plant has spread to other uses and possible benefits. It is recommended to use 1 teaspoon of the plant for every cup of water. Bring the water to a boil and add the plant. Then wait 10 minutes and remove the bay leaves before taking it. Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature.
