Barley 500 g

Biocop barley is a light and refreshing cereal. An outer skin is removed from peeled whole barley so that they can be fit for human consumption, which is why it is indicated that they are peeled. Biocop ensures the ethical provenance of its products, supporting local production and fair trade. All the products are certified as organic farming and have passed the food safety controls of the European Union. It is recommended to wash the barley grain and put it on the fire with two parts of cold water. When it starts to boil, lower the heat to a minimum and let simmer for 45 minutes.
