Multivitamin and multimineral food supplement that has been developed following the recommendations of the scientific societies of bariatric surgery. Vitality: vitamin C, B6, B12, riboflavin, niacin, folates, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Energy booster: Vitamin C, B6, B12, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, biotin, manganese, magnesium, iron, iodine and copper contribute to normal energy metabolism. Muscle development: vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of correct muscle function. Bone health: vitamin D, manganese and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones. It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day (follow the nutrition specialist's instructions). Ingest with water. Because our Barimix contain water- and fat-soluble vitamins, it is generally recommended to consume them with a meal. This can improve the absorption of certain nutrients while reducing the risk of gastrointestinal upset, which can otherwise occur when taking a multivitamin on an empty stomach. It is not recommended to take it with food supplements and foods rich in calcium. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
