Description

The bancha leaves by Probios is a Japanese green tea with crushed leaves. Its flavor in the cup is fresh with a slightly bitter aftertaste. The particular processing in addition to conferring the aroma, decreases the theine content and makes it suitable even for those who do not want stimulating substances. The roasted variety called Hojicha is well known and appreciated. It is recommended to pour one teaspoon into 200 ml (about a cup) of water at 85 ° C. Leave to rest for 2 minutes. Filter before consuming. May contain traces of sesame seeds, nuts, soya and cereals containing gluten ( wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, khorasan kamut wheat ). Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
