Bacteri 6 Oral is a supplement that contains oral bacteria. The product provides a wide blend of six specially selected bacterial strains that activate upon contact with the mouth. *The packaging received may be slightly different from the image on the product sheet.   Probiotic formula Each sachet contains a minimum of 4 billion (4 x 10⁹ CFU) viable bacteria (guaranteed until the best-before date). Bacteri 6 Oral is a blend of 6 specially selected strains that are immediately activated in the mouth. The sachets provide optimal protection for the bacteria against moisture, light, and air. Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to mix the contents of the sachet in a glass of water and stir briefly. For two weeks, rinse your mouth with the (stirred) mixture for about two minutes after each meal and swallow. When bacterial strains or fibers are first used, there is the possibility of gas or cramps. This harmless phenomenon means that the bacteria have reached the intestine alive and are beginning to ferment. After a while (usually a week), the body adapts and these symptoms diminish or disappear completely. In case of discomfort, it is advisable to reduce the initial dosage to half that recommended during the first two weeks. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
