Bach Flowers Serenity is an organic herbal tea of precious herbs with Bach flower essences. Thanks to its balanced formula, it is ideal for dealing with emotional emergency situations. Contains the essences of the Bach flowers of: Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose and Star of Bethlehem. Ideal for dealing with periods of emotional stress. It is recommended to pour 200 ml of boiling water and let it infuse approx. 8 minutes, covering the cup, then remove the bag to apply sugar to taste. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
