Description

Azuki to sprout from Geo, they are especially crispy. They are high in fiber and rich in calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and selenium. To soften its texture, you can lightly steam it and then add it to soups or salads. It is recommended to soak 8 hours. Place them on the germinator trays. Keep at room temperature and away from direct light. Moisten 2-3 times a day until complete germination (3-4 days). During the germination process, the seeds will have increased at least 4 times their volume. Follow the directions in the product table. Before consuming them, wash them well. The sprouts produced are kept in the refrigerator for 1 week.
