Astenolit is a food supplement based on L-carnitine, L-aspartic acid, L-glutamine, inositol and vitamins B1, B6 and B12 that help reduce tiredness and fatigue, promote normal energy metabolism and help balance functioning normal nervous and immune system. Its comfortable and practical presentation in single-dose vials allow you to take your Astenolit wherever you want without worrying about anything. Simply open the vial and pour its contents into half a glass of water (100ml). Take one vial a day, preferably in the morning (with breakfast), for 12 days. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Only recommended for adults. Keep out of reach of young children.
