On-board fingerprint algorithm extracts features and provides fingerprint information; storage, comparison, and search are performed by the module’s fingerprint functions. Two processing workflows are supported: registration (enrollment) and matching; fingerprint matching can be done by direct comparison (one-to-one) or by search (one-to-many) across enrolled templates. Interfaces: USB and UART for flexible host integration and easy system design.
