Apulian artichokes preserved in extra virgin olive oil. It is a typical artichoke: the Brindisi violet, an ancient and characteristic variety of the production area. Produced from fresh raw material harvested annually. This product is Demeter certified, from biodynamic agriculture, therefore produced by a closed cycle company, which carries out everything necessary for its livelihood taking into account natural and seasonal cycles and moon phases. It is recommended to use for snacks, aperitifs and for any occasion. Keep in a cool and dry place. Duration 18 months.
