Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale): great cholagogue, digestive and light laxative. It is associated with an intense diuretic property as well as purifying. Mint (Mentha piperita): its bitter principles make it digestive and aperitif, so it is frequently used to improve the functioning of the digestive system. Fumaria (Fumaria officinalis): thanks to its richness in flavonoids, we can talk about properties that favor the digestive system and the liver. It is recommended to take 10-15 drops diluted in a liquid each time it is used. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
