Arkocápsulas® Organic Artichoke is a food supplement based on artichoke, which contributes to weight control and the maintenance of blood lipid levels, to normal liver function, digestion, and toxin elimination. The artichoke is a plant native to the Mediterranean basin. It belongs to the large family of Asteraceae which includes species as diverse as the daisy, dandelion, lettuce, or echinacea. The artichoke stimulates the liver and gallbladder. Traditionally, its leaves have been used for their digestive properties, which regulate liver and bile functions. Recommended from 12 years old. 2 capsules per day with a main meal, with a large glass of water.  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. It is important to follow a varied and balanced diet, as well as a healthy lifestyle.
