Breastfeeding contains vitamins and minerals, which are essential for maintaining energy metabolism and the functioning of the nervous system in the months following birth. These nutrients also contribute to the functioning of the immune system, to reducing fatigue and to maintaining hair, skin and nails. Breastfeeding also contains: Galega officinalis has galactogenic properties, as it promotes the production of breast milk after childbirth. Silymarin, present in milk thistle, has an antioxidant and purifying function for the body. It is recommended to take 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day swallowed with water. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Only recommended for adults.
