Alpenkraft Infusion 15 infusion bags

The Alpenkraft infusion is made from plantain, thyme, fennel and Icelandic lichen that contribute to the health of the respiratory tract as well as licorice root, marshmallow and mallow. It is recommended to place the sachet in a cup and pour about 150 ml of boiling water. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes and then remove the sachet. Adults and children from 4 years: Take 4 to 6 cups of infusion per day freshly prepared. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. It is important to follow a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place (5-25 ºC) and protected from light.
