Aliviolas FisioLax therefore acts with a non-pharmacological physiological mechanism of action. It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets at night, when necessary, with a large glass of water. The correct dosage is the minimum sufficient to promote physiological intestinal transit without producing liquid stools, so it can be customized based on individual needs.
