Description

Agnus Castus ST from CFN is a nutritional supplement indicated to relieve discomfort and irregularities of the menstrual cycle. It works as an adjuvant product for regulating the body at a hormonal level, thanks to the ingredients from which it has been created. Agnus castus (called chasteberry) contains a wide range of active compounds, including flavonoids and a group of compounds called iridoids, which include aucubin and agnuside. It is especially useful for imbalances related to excess estrogen, such as premenstrual problems and irregular menstrual cycles. It can be used in conjunction with other supplements that complement its effects, such as vitamin B6 and evening primrose oil. It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day, preferably outside of meals or as recommended by a professional.
