Versatile waveform generation The module supports both AD9850 and AD9851 devices, capable of outputting sine waves and square waves with two sine outputs and two square outputs. Frequency ranges: AD9850 0–40 MHz, AD9851 0–70 MHz. For higher frequencies (above about 20–30 MHz), harmonics increase and the waveform may become less clean. Square wave output is available in the 0–1 MHz range. Improved waveform quality A 70 MHz lowpass filter is implemented to improve the signaltonoise ratio and overall waveform quality. Flexible amplitude adjustment Includes a dedicated pin for generating the DAC reference, enabling adjustment of the output waveform amplitude to suit different applications. Variable dutycycle square waves The duty cycle of the square wave can be adjusted via a variable resistor that drives the comparator reference input. Stable oscillators AD9850 module uses a 125 MHz active oscillator, while the AD9851 module uses a 30 MHz active oscillator, providing stable and reliable performance. Compact size Dimensions: 5 cm x 2.6 cm, enabling easy integration into a wide range of projects.
