Sura Vitasan Active Folic Acid is a folic acid formula in the form of calcium L-methylfolate (the most bioavailable form of folate) together with vitamin B6 (in the form of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) and vitamin B12 (in the form of methylcobalamin). Suitable for: lacto-ovo vegetarians. Folates contribute to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and to normal amino acid synthesis; and, along with vitamins B6 and B12, contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological function, and the normal functioning of the immune system, and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. *The packaging received may be slightly different from the image on the product sheet. 1 tablet per day is recommended. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
