Acigras supermega oil from Soria Natural concentrates a mixture of organic vegetable oils which makes it a healthy product, ideal to accompany a varied and balanced diet. It combines the richness of five oils from Organic Farming. It contains the right proportion of total fatty acids and omega fatty acids: omega 3, omega 6, omega 7 and omega 9. In addition, it provides a balanced percentage of monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and saturated fatty acids, to meet the nutritional recommendations established by the Spanish Society of Community Nutrition, the FAO and the WHO regarding the consumption of these nutrients. This product has a high content of omega-3 fatty acids. Alpha-linolenic acid (Ω3) contributes to maintaining normal blood levels of lipoproteins. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of this fatty acid, approximately 3 tablespoons of ACIGRAS (25 mL). Extra virgin olive oil: notable for its high oleic acid content (75-81.5%), a monounsaturated fatty acid from the omega 9 series. Flaxseed oil: Noted for its omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid content (51-55%), a polyunsaturated fatty acid, it is the seed richest in this type of fatty acid. Sunflower oil: Its composition is rich in omega-6 linoleic acid (61%), a polyunsaturated fatty acid. It is also the richest in vitamin E (56%), which has antioxidant properties.
