Connect the battery positive and negative to the corresponding battery terminals on the controller. 2. Connect the wind turbine threephase output to the threephase input terminals on the controller. 3. To activate the manual brake, connect the thin red wire to the battery positive terminal. To cancel the manual brake, disconnect the thin red wire. Indicator status Green BATTERY indicator on: battery is connected properly. Green WIND indicator flashing: wind turbine connected. Flash rate reflects turbine speed. Red BRAKE indicator on: battery is fully charged and turbine is automatically braked, or brake activated due to overcurrent protection.
