6 reusable structure sheets 40 x 25 cm with 4 different patterns: - 1 interlacing structure sheet - 1 braid structure sheet - 1 padded structure sheet - 1 crocodile structure sheet Product made in France. Maintenance: Before the 1st use and after each use, wash the product with cold or lukewarm water, wipe them. Instructions for use: Melt the pastry chocolate in a bain-marie Place the structure sheet with the reliefs at the top Pour the chocolate into it with a pastry bag or a spoon, level with a spatula and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours Then take off gently the sheet to give an original shape to the chocolate (use a hot cutter if necessary)
