Restrictions on plant protection products (PPPs): PPPs may only be applied to open land if it is used for agricultural, forestry, or horticultural purposes. For applications on other areas (so-called non-agricultural land such as courtyards, garage driveways, and footpaths) or on paved surfaces, you need an exemption permit from the plant protection service responsible for your area (§ 12 para. 2 of the Plant Protection Act). The application of glyphosate-containing plant protection products is prohibited: 1. on unsealed surfaces paved with slag, chippings, gravel, and similar materials (paths, squares, and other non-agricultural land) where there is a risk of direct or indirect runoff into bodies of water or sewers, drainage systems, street drains, and storm and wastewater sewers, unless the responsible authority prescribes an application method with the permit that ensures that there is no risk of runoff. 2. Directly adjacent to surfaces sealed with concrete, bitumen, paving stones, slabs, and similar materials (paths, squares, and other non-agricultural land) where there is a risk of direct or indirect runoff into bodies of water or sewers, drainage systems, street drains, and storm and wastewater sewers, unless the competent authority prescribes an application method in the permit that ensures there is no risk of runoff. Further information: Plant protection products consisting of or containing glyphosate and intended for use on open land not used for agricultural, forestry, or horticultural purposes may only be supplied to another person if the supplier has previously been presented with a permit issued to the other person in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 3 of the Plant Protection Act. Product description: Concentrate for the systemic and deep-root control of weeds and grasses, as well as for treating tree stumps against new growth. Ideal for controlling hard-to-control and woody weeds such as goutweed, bamboo, blackberry, ivy, Japanese knotweed, and for treating tree stumps to prevent new growth. Application: For: Open fields, paths and areas with woody plants, under pome fruit trees and ornamental shrubs, and before sowing ornamental lawns and plants. Against: Monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds, coppice suckers. Properties: Ideal for controlling hard-to-control and woody weeds. Integrated dosing cap facilitates dosage. Rainproof after just 2 hours. Replanting possible after just 2 days. Deep-root action. Instructions for use: Spray application: 140 ml for up to 350 m². For treatment Apply to tree stumps and ivy branches with a brush; use a pipette or disposable syringe to treat bamboo, Himalayan balsam, or Japanese knotweed. For preparing lawns for reseeding, i.e., destroying old turf and weeds: Open field spraying: 10 ml in 1 liter of water for 20 m². Under pome/stone fruit*: Open field spraying: 10 ml in 1 liter of water for 20 m². Ornamental plant crops (for preparing for reseeding/replanting): 10 ml in 1 liter of water for 20 m². Ornamental plant crops (for individual plant treatment): Open field spraying with a 33% solution: 33 ml in 100 ml of water. One application per application.
