1. A 20x9 inch preseasoned cast iron grill/griddle with superior heat retention for even cooking. It has a reversible design, allowing you to get restaurant quality searing and grill marks. The cooking surface measures 16.25 inches x 7.5 inches on both sides. 2. Our griddle comes pre seasoned to provide a nonsticklike cooking surface when used with a thin layer of oil. It's strong and rugged. The reversible grill plate fits well over your cooktop, serving as a perfect flat top grill. It's fully compatible with gas, electric, and induction cooktops. You can also use this griddle in the oven, broiler, on the grill, for BBQ or in the fire pit. It can cook early morning breakfast and roast veggies to perfection. 3. Cast iron can rust, so keep it out of the dishwasher, don't soak it overnight, and air dry it properly. Use warm water and scrape off any stuck food with a flat utensil. You can lightly polish the cooking surface with a stainless steel chainmail scrubber for a smooth patina. Wipe it dry immediately after cleaning and apply a layer of oil to prevent rust. 4.
