Designed in robust tinplate (thickness 45/100th) and covered with a thin film of zinc deposited by electrolysis, you will obtain a crispy and golden cooking of your pasta while keeping the softness inside the cake. This madeleine mold will allow you to make 12 madeleines of 8 cm each. The mold has rolled edges. The mold measures 39.5 × 20 cm. Made in France.
