With two rollers, your entire grain is crushed twice in one cycle. The squeezing is done by the fixed gap between the two upper rollers. The first pass easily smooths the grain and makes it ready for the next crush that breaks the grains apart and releases the starch with minimal shell damage. 3. 6inch long adjustable gap, fully adjustable mill, 0.060inch fixed primary gap, 00.065inch fully adjustable secondary gap, double eccentric adjuster made of stainless steel for no seizing. performance tworoller chair with adjustable secondary gap distance. Integrated drive shaft and axles. 4. The funnel can hold up to 11 pounds of grain. 8 lbs/minute is an average throughput. Stainless steel wheels with 6 inches x 1.5 inches diameter. The crankshaft can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, the mill can be operated with a hand crank or with a wired electric drill.
