Il miso di ceci e riso non contiene soia ed è il miso più mediterraneo. È un sostituto delle diete a basso contenuto di sale. Non pastorizzato, fermentazione minima 3 mesi. Realizzato con riso biologico e sale del Parco Naturale del Delta dell'Ebro e ceci di Castilla la Mancha. Raccomandazioni per l'uso: Aggiungi un cucchiaio a qualsiasi zuppa e hai una zuppa di miso.
