Les spaghettis aux algues de Mar Bio de Algamar ont des formes longues et étroites, très savoureuses et communes sur les côtes profondes aux eaux agitées. Riche en fibres, sa teneur exceptionnelle en fer se démarque. Aussi bien crue que cuite, de par sa texture et sa saveur, c'est l'une des algues qui a le plus de personnalité et qui a le plus de succès parmi les variétés atlantiques. Il est conseillé de consommer: -Crue : couper, faire tremper 30 minutes et ajouter à la salade. -Cuisinée : bouillie avec d'autres légumes ou à la vapeur 20-30 minutes. Ou bien avec du riz, ragoûts, sautés, farces des friands et pizzas. -Frite: comme des calamars enrobés. D'abord la faire pocher, la paner, la frire et l'arroser avec du citron. Peut contenir des traces de crustacés et de mollusques. L'éventuelle couleur blanche présente sur les algues provient de ses propres sels qui agissent comme conservanteurs naturels.
