Описание

Kéfir de leche de Yalacta, se recomienda para las personas con digestión lenta y los que suelen ser difíciles de digerir la leche. Mezclar fermento en ½ taza de leche. Remover con una cuchara para obtener un líquido homogéneo. Cubrir, dejar reposar 15 minutos y se vierte el fermento en una botella de vidrio con tapón de rosca y de cierre hermético y añadir el resto de litros de leche, poco a poco. Cerrar el frasco herméticamente y agitar durante 2 minutos con el fin de homogeneizar toda la preparación. Desenroscar el tapón de la botella y deje que la fermentación crezca a temperatura ambiente (+ 18 / + 25 ° C) durante 24 horas. Los contenidos de las botellas se espesa y solidifica. La fermentación se completa. Agite la botella: el kéfir resultante adopta la forma de una leche espesa.
