Argiletz Crushed Green Clay este o argilă brută cu bucăți neregulate de 2 cm. Sub formă de cataplasmă sau ipsos, bucățile de argilă verde zdrobită vă oferă un real confort și vă ușurează eficient corpul. Este indicat să turnați lutul în cantitatea dorită într-un recipient de lut sau de sticlă. Acoperiți cu apă (2 cm). Se lasa sa se odihneasca 2 ore. Se amestecă totul pentru a obține o pastă fină. Tencuiala: aplicati 1-2 cm de argila direct pe zona sensibila si lasati sa actioneze 1-2 ore. Cataplasma: asezati direct 2 cm de pasta de argila verde pe o carpa fina. Îndoiți cele 4 colțuri. Aplicați direct în locația dorită. În ambele cazuri, îndepărtați cât mai multă argilă și aruncați-o. Clătiți cu apă călduță. Nu lăsați lutul să se usuce.
